Description:
Plants terrestrial, thin, generally 45 cm tall; stem sheathed basally with several sheaths, bearing 3 distant leaves above, upright, narrowly linear-acute (nearly 13cm x 8mm ). Inflorescence elongated (12 cm generally) very loose, many flowered, unilateral bracts lanceolate, acuminate, equal to the ovary or slightly longer, flowers small, greenish-brown Sepals oblong, obtuse, 4 mm long, the median 3 veined, laterals 1 veined. Petals 3 veined, oblong, obtuse, thickened apically, slightly attenuate toward the base, longer than the sepals. Labellum of an oblong contour (4 x 2.25 mm), slightly contracted medially, trilobed in the apical third; lateral lobes curved, sickle shaped and triangular-obtuse the median semi-oblong, very obtuse, nearly twice as long as the laterals; spur very short, saccate-oblongoid and obtuse Anther subglobulous and apiculate; staminodes obtuse, short, slightly more than half the length of the anther. Pedicel fusiform cylindrical 7 mm long.
Habitat:
In ericoid bushes, from 2500 m alt. flowering February.
