Description:
Plants terrestrial 60-75 cm tall, stems bearing the leaves in the lower half, 5-6 and above with 4-6 lanceolate -acuminate sheaths. Leaves narrowly lingulate (16 x 2 cm) or oblanceolate, acuminate-obtuse. Inflorescence densely many flowered, cylindrical and elongated (20 x 1.3 cm); bracts narrowly acuminate, the inferiors slightly longer than the flowers; flowers very small (4mm without the pedicel). Sepals oblong, obtuse, 3 mm long, laterals adnate basally to the base of the petals and the labellum. Petals lanceolate-oblong, of the same length, slightly attenuate toward the apex. Labellum oblong, slightly longer than the sepals, trifid in the apical third, lateral lobes narrowly lanceolate-lingulate, the median lingulate obtuse, nearly twice as large as the laterals; spur Saccate, semi-oblong, very obtuse and slightly compressed. Staminodes linear, sickle shaped, slightly longer than the anther. Pedicel thin, 8 mm long.
