Description:
Caulis robuslus, foliosus, glaber. Folia elliptica, acuta, glabra, nervis ca. 8 conspicuis mullisque obsoletis percursa, caulem ampleclentia. Inflorescentia valde spectabilis, ca. 15-flora. Bractese ovato-lanceolatse cuspidato-acuminatse (siccae) alba> nervisque anastomosantibus obscuris reticulatae. Flores maximi breviler pedicellali. Receptaculum s elongatum, utrinque attenuatum (siccum sul cato-striatum), lortum. Sepalum medianum galeiforme. Sepala lateralia declinala, lala, mediaiio similia, breviter abruple-acuminata. Petala lateralia usque ad basin bipartita. lobo superiore angusto sepalo mediano accumbente eoque aequilongo, lobo inferiore porreclo longissimo in filum allenuato. Labellum basi anguslum, dein paulo dilatatum et in lacinias très parlitum, quarum media linearis deflexa, laterales mullo longiores in filum attenuatae. Galcar longissimum strictum apicem versus dilatatum. Anlhera magna, canalibus rectis valde elongalis fere filiformibus. Stigmata longe stipilata, spatulato-cochleariformia. Gaulis ultra 6 dm altus (in specimine sicco incompletus). Folia cauline 7-10 cm longa, 25-40 mm lata, lnflorescentia ca. 25 cm longa. Receptaculum cum pedicello ca. 5 cm longum. Sepala 25 mm longa. Petaloruin laleralium lobus superior 25 mm, lobus inferior ad 60 mm longus. Labelli pars intégra basalis 20 mm longa, lacinia intermedia ad 25 mm, laciniee laterales 50-60 mm. Calcar 12 cm longum. Anlhera cum canalibus 15 mm longa. Stigmata cum stipitibus 25 mm longa.
