Description:
Saprophytes. Stem ca. 27 cm tall, ca. 0.07 cm in diameter, erect, very delicate, glabrous. Cauline bracts 3, short, membraneous, amplexicaul, acute, separated from one another. Inflorescence 3 cm long, ca. 50-60-flowered. Flowers open succesively, pendulous, tubular, whittish with yellow pedicel. Floral bracts 1.5 mm long, ovate-lanceolate, acute, membraneous. Pedicel 3 mm long, twisted. Ovary 2-3 mm long, swollen. Sepals joined together nearly to their apices, thin. Dorsal sepal 3.5 mm long, 0.4 mm wide, linear with lanceolate apex, single-nerved. Petals 3.5 mm long, 0.4 mm wide, linear-falcate, acute, single-nerved, agglutinate to the sepaline tube. Lateral sepals 3.5 mm long, 0.8-1 mm wide, oblique lanceolate, acute, three-nerved. Lip adnate to the sepals, set on a narrow claw 0.8-1 mm long; blade 2-2.5 mm long, I mm wide, rectangular in general outline, thin, inconspicuously three-lobed near the apex, side lobes acute, middle lobe truncate. Gynostemium 3-4.5 mm long.
Habitat:
In leaflitter of Brachystegia mildbraedii.
Notes:
It differs from two other species of the genus by rectangular, obscurely apically 3-lobed lip lamina and by sepals connate almost to their apices.

Not in cultivation.
Distribution:
Endemic to Cameroon? Alt. 500 m.
