Description:
Stemless epiphytic plant, 15 cm tall; five leaves, 10-12 cm x 10-11 mm, unequally bilobed; inflorescence simple or few-branched, pendent, 20-25 cm long; seven to nine flowers, greenish white; dorsal sepal five-veined; lateral sepals 7.5-8 x 3.5-4 mm; petals 6-6.5 x 3 mm, five-veined; lip 7 x 4 mm, concave, and nine-veined; spur only 1.5 mm long; column very short; pedicellate ovary 3-4 mm long.
Habitat:
In humid forest; flowering in July.
