Description:
Thin herbs, to 15 cm. tall, blackish in the herbarium; tubers small, napiform, fasciculate; stem sheathed basally by the 3-4 sheaths, bearing medially a single leaf, then with enlarged sheaths above without a developed limbus gradually turning into the bracts. Leaf lanceolate-linear, acute (nearly 16cm. x 2-2.5mm.). Rachis several or many flowered, very loose, narrow, acuminate, generally shorter than the pedicel; flowers subglobulous, of a yellowish-green. Median sepal suborbicular, very obtuse, concave, a slight 1,8mm. long; laterals oblique, widely oval, nearly as large. Petals widely oval, very obtuse at both ends, equaling the median sepal. Labellum subcordate basally, oval-obtuse, traversely rugose, 1.75mm. long, provided basally and slightly above with a fulvous, suborbicular speculum. Comumn 1.5mm. tall. Ovary 4mm. long generally.
Habitat:
Peat-bogs, from 1500m. alt.; flowering: January.
