Bolusiella iridifolia subsp. iridifolia
Description:
This subspecies has larger flowers with a longer and narrower spur than subsp. picea.
Habitat:
On the twigs and branches of forest trees and scrub; 2300–2600 m; flowering April to July.
Cultivation:
As given for the genus.
Distribution:
Kenya, Tanzania, Uganda, many parts of West Africa, and Comoro Islands (Grande Comore).
