Description:
Plant erect with a short stem 2.5 cm long. Leaves 5–7, linear, or linear-lanceolate, unequally bilobed at the apex, the lobes rounded, entire or finely denticulate, 5–13 cm long, 3–13 mm wide. Inflorescences capitate, dense, 5- to 14-flowered; bracts oblong-elliptic, 3–4 mm long; pedicel with ovary 4 mm long. Flowers very small, white with 2 green spots on the lip; sepals oblong-elliptic, obtuse, 2.6 mm long, 1 mm wide; petals similar to the sepals; lip concave, obscurely 3-lobed, the lobes rounded, 2.7 mm long, 3 mm wide; spur straight, inflated at the middle, narrowing towards both ends, 1.5–3.5 mm long.

In primary forest; 700 m.
