Description:
Plant pendent or erect, often with a curving stem to 20 cm long; roots 1–2 mm in diameter. Leaves up to 12, linear, unequally bilobed at the apex, each lobe subacute or obscurely toothed, articulated to a leaf base 1–2.5 cm long, 7–20 cm long, 5–14 mm wide. Infl orescences capitate, dense, 1–4 cm long and wide, many-flowered; bracts ovate-lanceolate, acute 6–12 mm long; pedicel with ovary 6–8 mm long. Flowers white, small; dorsal sepal oblong- elliptic, rounded, 3.3–4.4 mm long, 1.3–2 mm wide; lateral sepals oblique, elliptic-oblong, rounded, 3.5–4.8 mm long, 1.3–2 mm wide; petals broadly elliptic-oblanceolate, rounded, 3.2–4.5 mm long, 1.3–2 mm wide; lip concave, broadly ovate, rounded, with undulate margins, 3–4.5 mm long, 2.4–3.5 mm wide; spur slender, inflated in the apical third, 4.5–6 mm long.
Habitat:
In evergreen forest; 1200–1600 m; flowering May to June.
