Description:
Plant erect or spreading with a short stem 2–4 cm long; roots very long, 1.5–3 mm in diameter. Leaves 3–10, leathery, linear, unequally bilobed at the apex, with rounded lobes, articulated at the base by an acute angle to the leaf sheath 1.5–2 cm long, 13–35 cm long, 6–8 mm wide. Inflorescences dense, to 3.5 cm long, 3- to 6-flowered; bracts papery, elliptic, 8–14 mm long; pedicel with ovary 10–15 mm long. Flowers white with a green mark on the lip; dorsal sepal lanceolate, acute, 15–17 mm long, 5–6 mm wide; lateral sepals lanceolate to elliptic-lanceolate,acute or obtuse,12.5–16 mm long,4.5–6 mm wide; petals oblong,obtuse,12–16 mm long, 4–5 mm wide; lip ovate, subacute to obtuse, 13–16 mm long, 8–9 mm wide; spur inflated at the wide mouth, geniculate near the apex, re curved and swollen at the apex, 9 mm long.
Habitat:
In montane forest; 1200–1600 m; flowering in November, January, and April.
