Description:
Plant erect with a short stem, sometimes branched, up to 4 cm long. Leaves linear, unequally bilobed at the apex, 3.5 cm long, 7-8 mm wide. Inflorescence short, 12-15 mm long; bracts triangular, papery. Flowers small; dorsal sepal ovate; lateral sepals longer, triangular; petals triangular, shorter than dorsal sepal, obtuse, subfalcate; lip concave, funnel-shaped, 3-lobed at the apex, lateral lobes rounded, mid-lobe triangular, margins thickened and erose; spur straight, apex inflated, perpendicular to the lip and as long as the ovary.
