Description:
Plant 15 cm tall, stem covered with old leaf sheaths and bearing leaves at the top: Leaves 4 or 5, narrow, linear 7.5-9 cm long, 6 mm wide. Inflorescence axillary, erect; peduncle 5 mm long. Flowers white; sepals and petals similar, ovate-lanceolate; lip similar but wider; spur filiform, 12 mm long.
