Description:
An erect glabrous herb, 8-22 cm. high; stem straight leafy; leaves erect or erect-spreading linear acuminate, dilated and sheathing at base, 2,5-7 cm. long; spike oblong or cylindrical, densely many-flowered, 2,5-7 cm. long; bracts herbaceous, broadly ovate or ovate, acute, usually exceeding the ovary; lateral sepals porrect, ascending at the apex, membranous connate concave suborbicular emarginate, 0,5 cm. long; odd sepal erect-incurved linear-oblong sulcate, a little longer than the lateral ones; petals erect concave, almost semi-orbicular, the margin involute, as long as the odd sepal; limb of the lip cuneate, widened towards the apex, retuse, 0,2 cm. long, the appendix erect unguiculate, the lamina bipartite, the segments horizontally divaricate rotundate; stigmas two; ovary rostrate at the apex, 0,5-0,7 cm. long.
Habitat:
At elevations around 150 meters.
