Habenaria section Productae Summerh. in Kew Bull. 20: 167 (1966).
In general floral features the plant here included is intermediate between sections Ceratopetalae and Replicatae, having the small flowers and general appearance of the latter section but with the upright intermediate sepal and adherent posticous petal-lobes of the former. The most remarkable feature, however, lies in the rostellum lateral lobes.
